Saute Chicken Breast with Fine Herb Sauce

Low Fat Sauted Chicken in Herb SauceIngredients
4-4oz    chicken breasts, boned, skinless
1 tsp   garlic, chopped 
no-fat no calorie spray  

Fine Herb Sauce (separate recipe)

Method
1. Spray large skillet with non-fat cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.
3. Place chicken breasts in skillet and cook 8-12 minutes until done, when juices run clear. Remove chicken from skillet once done and set aside covered to keep warm.

Yield: 2 servings – 4 oz per person
