Sacred Heart Hospital Medical Diet

Description:

This seven-day diet supposedly traces its beginnings to the cardiology departments of the Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital, the Cleveland Clinic Diet or the Miami Heart Institute. The legend is that your surgeon gave you this diet the week before you had heart surgery in order to “purify your system” and make you lose between ten and seventeen pounds.
