Expert Review:

Yikes. Not a healthy eating plan. It's a bizarre crash diet so you can fit into a dress by the end of the week. This diet is not based on any reasonable nutritional science and could be dangerous for someone with an underlying health condition.

Sample Menu:

Monday
Eat as much fruit (and juices) as you want. Every fruit except bananas.

Tuesday
Eat all the vegetables you want.

Wednesday
Eat all the fruits (no banana) and vegetables you want.

Thursday
Eat five bananas and drink five glasses (8 ounce) of whole milk. Some versions show eight bananas and four glasses (8 ounce) of milk.

Friday
Eat four (3 ounces each) servings of meat, either beef, chicken or fish with unlimited green vegetables.

Saturday

Same as Friday

Sunday

Same as Friday

Expert Comments:

Crazy diet that will likely make you feel lousy even if you do fit the dress that is slightly snug by the end of the week. Diets like this set dangerous precedents and put people on a roller coaster of yo-yoing weight loss and weight gain.
