This plan works with real food and real life. There is really nothing you can't eat as long as you link and balance but of course, you are advised to make healthy choices. This concept is one which I was taught when I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and is a very simple principle to adhere to. I have lost a total of 14 pounds and 24 inches in 6 weeks and my diabetes, which is diet controlled, has essentially disappeared. All of my blood sugars have been within the totally normal range for non-diabetics. While not the fastest weight loss plan, I am convinced that the weight will stay off because I can easily eat this way for the rest of my life. It is safe, adheres to all healthy guidelines, and I have felt great during the entire time I have been eating this way. I have greatly increased my intake of fiber, fruits, and vegetables. I am never hungry and have plenty of energy. I can highly recommend this plan to anyone wanting a safe and sensible method of eating that will fit into essentially every lifestyle.
