First of all the MORON that wrote this needs to get the name right. It is JILLIAN not Jullian. Secondly the so called "expert comments" at the bottom really piss me off. I have lost 100 lbs by following Jillians advice. It is sound in principle, and in application. By the way, she is not the INVENTOR of this nutritional theory either. That was done in the early 1950s, by California biochemist Dr. George Watson. So get the story straight, get the names right, and go find some new experts for advice. Jillian simply ROCKS!!!!!

Jillian has not only great books for working out and diet, but all of her workout dvd's are great. I work out regularly, but when I got into a workout slump about 6 months ago, I bought her book first and then three of her workout dvd's. I am in the best shape and toned. Her dvd's are the best and she kicks butt. I would recommend anything she promotes. Great diet plan and she knows her stuff!!!
