I lost a lot of weight but felt like I was starving all the time. The meetings were encouraging and liked the emphasis on exercise. I looked back afterward and calculated the points into calories. WW is a semi-starvation diet that you will ALWAYS be eating well under 2,000 calories a day forever unless you are extremely athletic (then you can 'earn' more points). No wonder I was always hungry even though I had veggies coming out my ears.
